Biography
    Maj. Gen. Graham Binns who is currently attending the Royal College of Defence Studies in Shrivenham, England, and Brig. Gen. Edward Cardon, deputy commandant of the CGSC, addressed faculty and students June 23 at 8:30 a.m. in the Eisenhower Auditorium.

In his portion of the presentation, Binns addressed multinationality from the perspective of a British formation commander in a US corps.  Binns is visiting CGSC to observe the semi-annual "Eagle Owl" exercise involving about 200 faculty and students of the British Defence Academy and CGSC.  The exercise allows the British students to integrate into CGSC staff groups for brigade operations planning.  Later this year Binns will become the commandant of the Joint Services Command and Staff College, of which the Defence Academy is a part.
