PRISONS IN THE LEAVENWORTH AREA: A Pathfinder

This guide will introduce some of the resources available in the Combined Arms Research Library on PRISONS IN THE LEAVENWORTH AREA. This guide is not a comprehensive listing of sources, but is intended to be a starting point.

There are four prisons in the Leavenworth, Kansas area. They are the U.S. Disciplinary Barracks (USDB) at Fort Leavenworth, the U.S. Penitentiary in Leavenworth, the Corrections Corporation of America (CCA) in Leavenworth and the Lansing Correctional Facility in Lansing, Kansas.
