Definition/Scope: (DLA) Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Distribution Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania operations at Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD) support the massive DOD communications-electronics industry. TYAD is the largest, full-service communications-electronics maintenance facility in DOD. DLA Distribution Tobyhanna, Pa., receives, stores and issues systems ranging from communications; command, control and computers; and intelligence/electronic warfare to satellite communications systems.
