Threat Awareness and Reporting Program
Definition/Scope: (AR 381-12) The Army Threat Awareness and Reporting Program replaced the term of Subversion and Espionage Directed Against the U.S. Army (SAEDA) as of 04 Oct 2010. There was an increase in the basic requirements such as threat awareness training be conducted at TRADOC schools, training and reporting requiremnts are now part of the unit command inspection, and requires that all couterintelligence units report within 72 hours any intelligence or information about an incident from the original source or others knowledgeable. There is also mandatory training for contractors.
