Functional Area 30 (Information Operations)

Definition/Scope: (DAP 600-3) Functional Area (FA) 30 officers are in the field of information operations which is the employment of electronic warfare, computer network, psychological operations. FA 30 officers serve mostly in S/G-7 sections. The Combined Arms Center is the proponent for Information operations.
