Very Low Frequency
Definition/Scope: Very Low Frequency is the frequency that is located in the 3kHz to 30kHz range. This frequency does not allow for voice transmission and only law data signals may be used. Very Low Frequency is also used to communicate with submarines, as it will reach approximately 120 feet into water.
