Joint and Combined Integration

Definition/Scope: (Ft Sill) (As of Apr 2012) Fort Sill will establish a Joint and Combined Integration Directorate (JACI) to synchronize joint activities for Fort Sill. With the current emphasis on Joint Operations, there needs to be an office that synchronizes activities to avoid duplication and generate cross talk to ensure everyone is heading toward common goals. The JACI will be established as part of TRADOCs reorganization. Fort Sill will become a Joint Training Center that teaches members of the joint fires and effects team, the individual, command and staff skills required for the integration, coordination and synchronized application of the full range of joint fires and effects and serve as an integral hub in the joint command and control (C2) arena and will be an active participant in joint doctrine development and materiel issues.
