428th Field Artillery Brigade

Definition/Scope: (428th FAB) The 428th Field Artillery Brigade trains Soldiers, Marines, and Allies in field artillery core competencies in order to provide proficient integrators of lethal and non-lethal fires to the operational force. We develop competent, confident, and adaptive leaders able to lead Soldiers and Marines in the contemporary operating environment. The brigade is the cornerstone of the Field Artillery Branch. Here, Soldiers learn to be a leader and to become a member of the noblest profession: A Field Artilleryman.
