Army Missile Defense Task Force
Definition/Scope: The Army Missile Defense Task Force is a task force based at Andersen Air Force Base on Guam. It is comprised of a Terminal High Altitude Area Defense Missile (THAD) battery, a Patriot missile battery, and stinger missiles. It is currently under the control of the 94th Army Air Missile Defense Command (AAMDC) with the 36th Wing. This term is also known as the Missile Defense Task Force.
