Deputy Chief of Staff for Training

Definition/Scope: The Deputy Chief of Staff for Training (DCST) mission is to prepare the Army for war by providing policy, guidance, and resources to develop and sustain the Total Army Training and Leader Development System now and in the future. The DCST coordinates with each Deputy Commanding General and the DAMO-TR as he executes this mission. Each directorate plays a critical role in managing the individual components of the Army training mission.
