Biometrics In Support of Personnel Identification

Definition/Scope: The Biometrics Process integrates biometrics functions with operational functions and business functions. It is one process, from start to finish. The description of the BSPI process is similar in concept to that of the Intelligence Cycle, in that the BSPI process is a continuous process that may be entered or exited at any step of the process.
