Definition/Scope: (AR 381-12) An act or acts with the intent to injure or interfere with, or obstruct the national defense of a country by willfully injuring, destroying, or attempting to destroy any national defense or war material, premises, or utilities, to include human and natural resources. OLD VERSION An act with an intent to injure, interfere with, or obstruct the national defense of a country by willfully injuring or destroying any national defense or war materials, premises, or utilities, or to disrupt normal processes or procedures.
