Definition/Scope: (AR 310-25). Broad concept encompassing the degree to which an individual's or family's common human needs are satisfied. (FM 100-5). Effective personnel services, health services, and field services. Also includes family considerations, i.e., soldier being reassured that family members are cared for when units are deployed.
