Definition/Scope: A compilation of organizational, doctrinal, training, and personnel information developed by a materiel development agency in coordination with the combat developer and training developer on new or modified materiel items. The information is used to determine the need for the establishment or revision of a military occupational specialty (MOS), and to prepare plans to provide the numbers of trained personnel required to operate and support the new or modified materiel system.
