Definition/Scope: (FM 17-95) Air Ground Integration (AGI) is the process to synchronize aviation support into the ground concept of maneuver and communicate mission information to supporting aviation elements. This integration is especially critical when attempting close air support. The components of AGI is: understanding the ground scheme of maneuver, proper liaison, and deconfliction.
