Definition/Scope: Planning activities exclusively associated with the preparation of OPLANs, CONPLANs, concept summaries and OPORDs (other than the SIOP) for the conduct of joint military operations by the combatant commanders in response to requirements established by the Chariman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
