garrison commanders

Definition/Scope: Military commander responsible for day-to-day management of installations, and who executes delivery of real estate, facilities, and base support operations. Garrison commanders are chosen from the Command Selection List (CSL) by a centralized DA selection board, and are slated to fill future vacancies Army-wide.
