U.S. Army Peacekeeping and Stability Operations Institute (PKSOI) serves as the U.S. Army’s Center of Excellence for Stability and Peace Operations at the Strategic and Operational levels in order to improve military, civilian agency, international and multinational capabilities and execution. PKSOI is responsible for shaping US government policy and concept/doctrine development, enhancing senior leader proficiency, facilitating joint, interagency, and multinational unity of purpose and supporting planning, preparation, and execution of stability and peace operations.

The Stability Operations Lessons Learned and Information Management System (SOLLIMS) provides the global peace and stability operations community with an online, readily accessible knowledge base and source for unclassified stability operations lessons/best practices, references, guides, and educational products. SOLLIMS is available to our multinational partners and both the academic community and the private sector. SOLLIMS focuses at the operational and strategic levels and looks to influence and guide our senior military and national leadership.
