Welcome to the Fall 2011 issue of CONNECTED, the Knowledge Management eNewsletter published quarterly by the Army Operational Knowledge Management Proponent at Fort Leavenworth.

Headlining this issue is an article by LTC Michael Kitchens, the Chief of Concepts and Doctrine for the AOKM Proponent. LTC Kitchens discusses the Army’s Doctrine 2015 plans and how future KM doctrine will change to fit into this new structure.

 

Other highlights in this issue include:
